September 25-October 2

Thursday we did a brief photo shoot in a pumpkin hat that a friend made for Olivia. A warning to children: this is what happens when you refuse to go to sleep at night. Mom and Dad amuse themselves by taking pictures.

This weekend we're in Michigan for Justine and Joseph's wedding. This is a trial run for Dad and Olivia as they spend a lot of time together while Mom does wedding stuff. They get to repeat the process next weekend while I'm in another wedding.

A Work in Progress

I plan to update once every week or two with a post and some pictures showing what we've been up to. The Christmas letter will be less exciting for my readers, but it seems worth it to keep everyone up to date. Feel free to leave comments on the posts, but make sure you sign your name if it doesn't come up automatically so that I know who says what!

As I have time, I'll be back-entering the past six months with weekly synopses. That's so that my children can look back on all their milestones as they get older. You are certainly welcome to revisit those months, as well. :)
