A "when we're early" box in my car that is my attempt to not make us late in an effort to not be too early. I think it has been working. We're never early enough to use it, but we haven't been late as much either.

Matthias fell off his bike and bumped his chin pretty hard. I put him in the stroller with Theo and then had to figure out how to get the bike and the stroller back 3/4 of a mile. Luckily, I only had to ride it for a couple of seconds before a woman walking behind us caught up and offered to carry the bike:
