ReplyDeleteI have a cheese kit that came with basic things to make eight kinds of cheese (extra kits available for only $15!). Feta is one of the less intimidating ones and you don't need much. You do need some rennet and a mesophilic culture. I happen to have a few extra cheese kits available for $15 if you want one. Let me know if that's the case, though, so that I can revise my Amazon listing before they're all gone!
